• Careers ranging from chief scientist to consultant to sales manager to CEO and everything in between
• Life and career stages range from women in transition, retired or retiring, corporate refugees frustrated with the glass ceiling or mothers returning into the workforce
• Average age: 40ish
• 60% from cultural and/or ethnic diversity
• Many with advanced degrees such as MBA's or PhD's

No matter where they come from, women come to ACTiVATE for the same reason: to build something of value.
